Achaari Tadka

Here’s what you need for Achari karela masala 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ tablespoon of cumin seeds
  • ½ tablespoon of green chillies
  • ½ tablespoon of ginger chopped
  • ½ garlic chopped
  • 1 tomato 
  • ¼ teaspoon Degi Mirch
  • ¼ teaspoon of Turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon of Garam Masala
  • ¼ teaspoon of sugar
  • 3 teaspoon of Molo Bitter Gourd Pickle
  • Fresh Coriander

Prepration:

  • Take oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and then add green chillies, ginger & garlic chopped.
  • Add 1 chopped onion. Sauté it until little golden brown.
  • Then add 1 chopped tomato.
  • Add salt to taste, 1/4 tsp degi mirch, pinch of turmeric, 1/4 tsp garam masala.
  • Add 1/4 tsp sugar.
  • Finally, add 3-4 tsp Molo Bitter Gourd Pickle.
  • Garnish with some fresh coriander.
  • And Achari karela Masala is ready to serve. 

Serving Suggestions:

  • Enjoy with lachcha parantha and butter on the top.
