Here’s what you need for Achari karela masala
Ingredients:
- ¼ tablespoon of cumin seeds
- ½ tablespoon of green chillies
- ½ tablespoon of ginger chopped
- ½ garlic chopped
- 1 tomato
- ¼ teaspoon Degi Mirch
- ¼ teaspoon of Turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon of Garam Masala
- ¼ teaspoon of sugar
- 3 teaspoon of Molo Bitter Gourd Pickle
- Fresh Coriander
Prepration:
- Take oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and then add green chillies, ginger & garlic chopped.
- Add 1 chopped onion. Sauté it until little golden brown.
- Then add 1 chopped tomato.
- Add salt to taste, 1/4 tsp degi mirch, pinch of turmeric, 1/4 tsp garam masala.
- Add 1/4 tsp sugar.
- Finally, add 3-4 tsp Molo Bitter Gourd Pickle.
- Garnish with some fresh coriander.
- And Achari karela Masala is ready to serve.
